Life Portfolio Certification
Available to Certified GAB Instructors

This course is designed to support GAB instructors in expanding their teaching portfolios with an offering for students interested in examining how they've used their time, energy, and attention throughout their lives. Leigh Morrow and Lily Bengfort, GAB Trainers, will be leading this class.
About the Course:
Life Portfolio Certification is a Birren Center certification training. This course equips Guided Autobiography facilitators to teach the Life Portfolio curriculum, a structured approach that helps participants examine how they have used their time, energy, and attention throughout their lives. Participants will reflect on past and present personal investments while envisioning a future that aligns more closely with their values and aspirations. The course also supports letting go of past commitments that no longer serve them, identifying new growth opportunities, and making intentional shifts toward living a more meaningful and purpose-driven life.
Completion prepares instructors to teach Life Portfolio within their own programs and communities. Space is limited.

Title: Life Portfolio Certification
Dates: Tuesdays, August 25 to September 29, 2026 (6 weeks) • 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Pacific Time
Format: Online certification course, hosted via Zoom
Fee: $450 plus $15.75 transaction fee
Who is it for? GAB instructors wishing to teach or incorporate this curriculum into their class offerings.
All student handouts and extra teaching resources are included.
A portion of the proceeds supports the Birren Center.
